The idea for this blog came about during a brief Facebook convo where my friend, Jenn, asked if it would be wrong to take a donut on a hike. Without even answering her initial question, I took on “Hiking with Donuts” as a blog title… I don’t have any other plans, just a magnificent title. Thanks, Jenn!
I’m not a particularly big fan of donuts, I’d much prefer a Jalapeno Sausage & Cheese Kolache from the Czech Stop in West, Texas; but I do enjoy hiking. And I might have some other things to chat about.
This could end up being the ‘Seinfeld’ of blogs… a blog about nothing. But that’s OK. Because I’m good enough, I’m smart enough, and doggone it, people like me! (Oh, did I mention I really like throwback references? Maybe it’ll be a blog subject one day…)
